The Area

Stonehouse Development is located near Lamar which is in Clinton County Pennsylvania.  The location is ideally situated close to State College, The Pennsylvania  State University, Bellefonte and Lock Haven but is far from the hustle and bustle of city life.  It is near Interstate 80 but is close to streams, forests and mountains. 

Clinton County has 5 State Parks and parts of 5 State Forests. Mountains as far as your eyes can see. The crystal clear waters of the West Branch Susquehanna call out to offer a ride.

Just come and smell the fresh air!
